Why does Selah call it a HydroFacial, not a HydraFacial?
HydraFacial is a registered trademark that belongs to one specific device maker. Selah's treatment uses its own hydro-infusion technology to do the same four things — cleanse, exfoliate, extract and hydrate the skin in one sitting. If you searched for a hydrafacial near Lake Livingston, the HydroFacial is the treatment you were looking for.
How much does it cost?
Straight from the published menu:
- Signature HydroFacial — $150, 60 minutes. Cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates.
- Deluxe HydroFacial — $220, 75 minutes. Adds dermaplaning and red light therapy. $110 deposit for new clients.
- Platinum HydroFacial+ — $300, 90 minutes. Adds facial contouring and oxygen infusion. $150 deposit for new clients.
Returning clients pay no deposit. The amount, when one applies, is shown again before you confirm.
Which level should I book?
The Signature is the standard reset. The Deluxe is the Signature plus dermaplaning and red light, for more noticeable results over a longer appointment. The Platinum+ adds contouring and oxygen infusion on top of that. I'm staying on Lake Livingston. How far is the drive?
Selah is on US Highway 190 West in Livingston, a short drive from the lake's state park and marina side. Clients also come in from Onalaska, Goodrich, Corrigan and Leggett. Open in Google Maps.
How often should I get one?
That depends on your skin, not a package someone is trying to sell you. Christi tells you what she'd actually recommend at your appointment.

- Who performs it. Christi Esteves, licensed Texas esthetician, licence #1939424.
- Cancellations. 24 hours' notice. Less than that, or a no-show, carries a fee of 50% of the scheduled total. More than 15 minutes late and we'll need to reschedule.
- Hours. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
